Terms & Conditions

General

  • By purchasing tickets for any activity at Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur, including the Skyride, Luge, and Hyfly Zipline, you agree to follow the relevant ticketing and Code of Conduct guidelines in relation to your experience in Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur. The attraction reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the code of conduct to leave without a refund.
  • By entering the attraction and participating in the activity, guests acknowledge their responsibility to take reasonable measures for their own safety, considering any personal medical conditions. All individuals in and around the attraction are expected to conduct themselves safely at all times.
  • Last entry to the attraction is 1 hour prior to closing.
  • Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur’s management reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of the benefits, terms & conditions without prior notice.

Ticketing

  • All Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and cannot be sold for cash, in partial or whole. It will become automatically void on any transfer for value.
  • All pricing is displayed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit and includes relevant taxes. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to alter published prices at any time.
  • All Tickets include our Digital Photo and Video bundles as part of the Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur experience. Guests are to approach the relevant Photo Kiosks to select their complimentary photos.
  • Guests are to choose their photos on the relevant Photo Kiosks on the same day as their visit. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur does not guarantee retrieval of photo/videos on the next day.
  • Individual combo tickets are valid for 01 (one) person only – rides cannot be shared with other individuals.
  • Luge Tandem tickets are valid for 01 (one) adult + 01 (one) child between height 85 -110cm only – rides cannot be shared or transferred with other individuals.
  • All tickets are only valid on the selected date and time of visit only.
  • For open-date tickets, they remain valid until the specified expiration date. Failure to redeem the ticket within the validity period will result in the ticket being voided, as revalidation is not offered.
  • Ticket resale is illegal. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur does not condone the on-selling or purchasing of tickets through unauthorised sellers. To ensure authenticity, we advise purchasing tickets through our official website.

Adverse Weather Policy

  • In the event that adverse weather conditions cause the attraction (Luge, Skyride, or Zipline) to be closed for more than one hour, a revalidation ticket will be issued. This ticket can be used within the next 30 days. Please revalidate your ticket at the on-site ticketing counter.

Luge & Skyride Requirements

All Luge and Skyride participants must be in good physical health and sound mental condition.

Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, or for whom these activities may pose a health risk, are not permitted to participate.

Pregnant women and guests under the influence of alcohol or medication are strictly prohibited from riding.

The following height restrictions apply for children to ride the Luge solo and in-tandem :

  • 85cm to 109cm in height and aged 2 to 6 years:
    Must ride in tandem with a responsible adult. The child and adult will share a Luge cart, and the adult must ride slowly and safely, avoiding any sudden or dangerous manoeuvres.

  • 110cm to 120cm in height and aged 6 years and above:
    May choose to ride solo or in tandem with a responsible adult. The mode of riding (solo or tandem) must be selected at the time of ticket purchase and reflected on the ticket.

  • 120cm to 134cm and aged 6 years and above:
    May ride the Luge solo but accompanied by an adult

  • Above 135cm in height:
    May ride the Luge unaccompanied

The following height restrictions apply for children to ride the Skyride:

  • Riders between 85 – 134cm must be accompanied by a responsible adult on the Skyride.

  • Riders who are 135cm or taller may ride the Skyride independently.

Hyfly Zipline Requirements

The Hyfly Zipline designed for fun and excitement, but it involves inherent risks due to high speeds and heights.

Guests must be in good health, free from heart conditions, back or neck problems, or any medical conditions that may be aggravated by this activity. Guests aged 17 or younger must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.

Pregnant women, and guests under the influence of alcohol or medications are not permitted to ride.

All Hyfly guests are required to accept and submit the Participant Waiver & Information Form prior to riding the Hyfly Zipline. Guests who have not accepted and submitted the Waiver will not be permitted to participate.

By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions provided by our trained staff. Please ensure you are physically and mentally prepared for this experience.

Weight Restrictions

  • Weight for Hyfly Zipline: 30kg – 140kg*
  • Weight for Freefall Jump: 30kg – 120kg

*Individuals weighting 30 – 39kg must ride with another individual on the Hyfly Zipline, with a combined weight of up to 140kg.

Safety Requirements

  • Guests must follow staff instructions at all times.
  • Guests must wear a helmet and secure footwear.
  • Guests must ensure long hair and loose items are secured.
  • Smoking, vaping, eating or drinking is strictly prohibited during the ride.
  • Handheld devices are not allowed, unless safely secured, and at the discretion of the Hyfly staff.

Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to deny participation to individuals who do not comply with the established safety requirements

Conditions Of Entry

Restricted Items

Skyline wants to ensure that your experience is a happy and safe one for you and all of our guests.

Please refrain from bringing items such as:

  • Any kind of weapon (including replicas), alcohol (unless purchased onsite), and drugs.
  • Knives/sharp objects.
  • Fireworks and/or smoke bombs.

  • Drones or remote-controlled devices. For any use of drones by a professional, apply with site management.

  • Bicycles, skateboards, or personal mobility devices (unless medically necessary)

  • Pets and animals, with the exception of certified service animals

Clothing

  • Clothing that displays offensive language, including but not limited to racial or discriminatory messaging, is not permitted.
  • Gang insignia is also not permitted.

Bag Checks

  • Skyline reserves the right to conduct a bag check for any of the restricted items listed, which may invoke removal from site if in possession.

Skyline reserves the right to remove any person from their site if they are in breach of the expected guest behaviour.
