General
- By purchasing Skyline Luge tickets, you agree to follow the relevant ticketing and code of conduct guidelines in relation to your experience in Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur. The attraction reserves the right to refuse entry and may ask those who break the code of conduct to leave without a refund.
- By entering the attraction and participating in the activity, guests acknowledge their responsibility to take reasonable measures for their own safety, considering any personal medical conditions. All individuals in and around the attraction are expected to conduct themselves safely at all times.
- Last entry to the attraction is 1 hour prior to closing.
- Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur’s management reserves the right to amend or withdraw any part of the benefits, terms & conditions without prior notice.
- Please note that age/height restrictions apply for children to ride the Luge solo and in tandem.
-Riders who are between 85cm-109cm and 2-6 years of age will need to ride in tandem with an adult.
– A tandem rider must ride on the Luge with a responsible adult. It is the responsibility of the responsible adult to ride in a slow and safe manner, avoiding sharp braking to minimise the risk of injury to the tandem rider.
– Riders who are over 110cm and 6+ years old can ride the Luge tracks unaccompanied but will need to ride the Skyride with a responsible adult.
– Riders 135cm+ tall can Luge and ride the Skyride alone. - In the event that adverse weather conditions cause the attraction to be closed for more than one hour, a revalidation ticket will be issued. This ticket can be used within the next 30 days. Please revalidate your ticket at the on-site ticketing counter.
Ticketing
- All Tickets are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, non-transferrable and cannot be sold for cash, in partial or whole. It will become automatically void on any transfer for value.
- All pricing is displayed and charged in Malaysian Ringgit and includes relevant taxes. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to alter published prices at any time.
- Individual combo tickets are valid for 01 (one) person only – rides cannot be shared with other individuals.
- Tandem tickets are valid for 01 (one) adult + 01 (one) children between height 85 -110cm only – rides cannot be shared or transferred with other individuals.
- All tickets are only valid on the selected date and time of visit only.
- Ticket resale is illegal. Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur does not condone the on-selling or purchasing of tickets through unauthorised sellers. To ensure authenticity, we advise purchasing tickets through our official website.
Skyline Luge Code of Conduct
General
- To participate in the Luge and Skyride you must be in good physical health and a sound mental state (meaning free of heart conditions, back issues, motion sickness, other health conditions or impairments). If you suspect that participating in Luge, Skyride or Hyfly could aggravate a pre-existing condition or put your health.
- Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in Luge and the Skyride.
- Our Luge Tracks have bright, flashing lights that may trigger discomfort or seizures for light-sensitive individuals.
- All guests must have sufficient physical dexterity, ability and knowledge to safely operate the luge cart and Skyride while knowingly at their own risk by participating these activities.
- No smoking and/or vaping is allowed within Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur except designated smoking area.
- The use of handheld devices is not allowed on the Luge and Skyride.
- Helmets must be worn at all times when riding the Luge and Skyride.
- Height Requirements
– Children under 85cm are not allowed to participate in the Luge and Skyride.
– Children who are 85cm -110cm in height can ride tandem in the luge with a responsible adult aged 18 and above.
– Children over 110cm tall can ride Luge alone but must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 18 and above for Skyride.
– If you are over 135cm, you will be able to Luge and Skyride alone.
Luge
- Luge riding involves sudden acceleration, braking, and directional changes through downhill bends, tunnels, and dips.
- Participation in the activity is prohibited under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
- Secure loose clothing and articles to ensure a smooth and enjoyable Luge ride.
- Always keep both hands on the handlebars at all times.
- Always keep your feet in the Luge cart at all times.
- Respect and follow relevant regulatory signage on the Luge track.
- Give way and avoid blocking the track.
- No group racing, bumping, or skidding.
- Always follow Luge staff instructions at all times and refrain from attempting dangerous maneuvers that may cause physical harm to yourself, other guests, or staff.
Skyride
Please be aware that Skyride does not slow down or stop during boarding process. To get on the Skyride:
- Remove your bag and place it on your lap.
- Secure loose clothing and belongings before boarding.
- Stand on the designated area guided by luge staff.
- When the chair approaches, simply take a seat.
- Lower the safety bar and keep it down throughout the ride to the top terminal.
During the Skyride:
- Do not use any hand-held devices.
- Let’s keep it clean – avoid littering or tossing helmets. Any inappropriate behaviours, like swearing or spitting, may lead to ticket revocation without a refund.
- Please be aware that Skyride does not slow down or stop during disembarkation. To get off the Skyride:
- Raise the safety bar when instructed.
- Remember to hold on to loose clothing and belongings.
- Step off to the right-hand direction as guided by the operator.
Exit the disembarking area swiftly, please refrain from stopping
