Hyfly Operator

Key Tasks

  • Safety & Equipment Management – Conduct daily equipment inspections, ensure proper fitting of safety gear, perform basic maintenance, and strictly follow all safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Guest Experience & Customer Service – Deliver safety briefings, assist guests throughout the Hyfly experience, answer enquiries, and create a safe, enjoyable adventure.
  • Operational Support – Maintain a clean work environment, keep accurate inspection records, communicate effectively with the team, and support daily operations.
  • Training & Emergency Preparedness – Participate in regular training, safety drills, and continuously improve rescue and operational competencies.
  • Professional Standards – Maintain professionalism, uphold company values, protect confidential information, and perform additional operational duties when required.

Job Requirement

  • Experience operating amusement rides or similar outdoor/adventure equipment, with knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physically fit to stand for long periods; First Aid certification and tourism/hospitality experience are added advantages.
  • Willing to work in Kuang, Selangor.

Landscape Supervisor

Key Tasks

  • Supervise & Coordinate Landscaping Operations – Lead day-to-day landscaping activities across multiple sites and oversee landscaping personnel and contractors.
  • Maintain Landscape Quality – Ensure high standards of landscape presentation, monitor plant health, and recommend improvements or corrective actions.
  • Perform Hands-on Landscaping Work – Work alongside the team to carry out landscaping maintenance and support daily operations.
  • Manage Resources & Site Operations – Oversee labour, equipment, materials, inventory, and ensure efficient execution of landscaping works.
  • Conduct Inspections & Ensure Compliance – Perform site inspections, quality checks, and ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards.
  • Stakeholder & Team Management – Monitor team performance, resolve operational issues, and liaise with contractors, clients, and management on site requirements.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum 3–5 years of landscaping experience, including 2–3 years supervising landscaping crews or contractors.
  • Strong knowledge of workplace safety, site reporting, work progress tracking, and effective communication.
  • Physically fit to work outdoors, proficient in Bahasa Malaysia (with basic English), and possess a valid driving licence with willingness to travel between sites.
  • Willing to work in Kuang, Selangor.
