All Luge participants must be in good physical health and sound mental condition, and must meet the height and age requirements stated in our FAQs.
Individuals with pre-existing medical conditions, or for whom these activities may pose a health risk, are not permitted to participate.
Pregnant women and guests under the influence of alcohol or medication are strictly prohibited from riding.
The Hyfly Zipline ride is perfect for anyone willing to soar the skies or conquer their fear of heights!

Skyline Hyfly features dual ziplines that allow side-by-side launches, so you can share the thrill and enjoy the epic views together. The ride concludes with a 720-degree spiral and an optional 4-storey free-fall jump!*
The 4-storey free-fall jump is optional; guests may choose to descend via the staircase instead.

The last entry is 1 (one) hour before the scheduled closing time, and our ticketing counter will cease selling tickets at that point.
While we don’t have specific Night Luge open hours, the multi-coloured LED lights along the tracks will be turned on from 18:30.
Yes, a communal paid car park facility is available in Gamuda Luge Gardens which is around 300meters from the entrance to Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur

Yes, there are lockers available for rental nearby Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur’s ticketing counter.

While we don’t have any food options available on-site, snacks, drinks, and ice cream can be purchased at our Luge View Café. The vicinity of Gamuda Luge Gardens also offers a variety of food options.

Check out our Luge + Hyfly combos for the full Skyline experience, now including all Digital Photos and Videos!
The number indicates how many times you can enjoy both the Luge and Skyride. All tickets also include digital photos and videos captured during your rides. With Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur featuring four distinct tracks, we recommend choosing 4 or 5 Luge rides for the full experience. After your rides, stop by our Retail Store with your Luge helmet and scan it to view your photos and videos.

There are no additional charges for the 4-storey Freefall Jump and this is included in your Skyline Hyfly Zipline experience.
A limited number of tickets are available for walk-ins, subject to capacity management. These tickets are not guaranteed, so we recommend purchasing online in advance to avoid disappointment.
Yes, you can purchase extra Luge rides from our ticketing counter.
Yes, you can purchase Skyride only ticket exclusively from our ticketing counter.
Enjoying your Visit:
Excluding relevant queuing time, the ride to the top station would take less than 3 minutes.
All Luge combo tickets include a Skyride, ensuring you enjoy the complete Skyline Luge experience.
Walking up to the top is not permitted.
No, the 4-storey Freefall Jump is not mandatory. Guests can choose to exit via a staircase as well.
In the event of thunder and lightning that compromise safety, Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur may temporarily halt, close early, or delay its opening.
Guests who are unable to complete their rides due to these conditions can revalidate their tickets at the ticketing counter. Revalidated tickets are valid for 1 month from the original date of visit. Please retain your Luge and/or Hyfly ticket for revalidation.
Our Luge, Skyride, and Hyfly Zipline will continue to operate in light drizzle/rain.
During your Ride:
Yes, you can! Handheld motion cameras are not allowed, but you may use them if they’re securely mounted to your body, helmet, or wrist with your own mounting gear.
All our tickets include access to digital photos & videos captured by our cameras, so you can relive the thrills!
However, should you still prefer to capture your moments from your own devices, please note that the use of mobile phones for filming is not permitted on the Hyfly Zipline and Luge Rides.
Only action cameras securely mounted to the wrist, chest, or helmet are allowed. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of both you and other guests, as improperly handled devices can pose potential hazards.
Stopping your Luge cart to take photos on the luge track is strictly prohibited. This behaviour poses a safety risk to yourself and other riders. Guests found doing so may be removed from the ride and have their tickets forfeited without refund.
Yes, photography and videography will be captured during your rides here at Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur (including Skyride, Luge Ride, and Hyfly Zipline), and is included as part of your ticket. To view your photos and videos, simply scan your Luge helmet in one of our touch screen kiosks in our Retail Store. You can choose your photos and videos to be emailed to you, or pay a nominal fee for print photos at the Retail Store.
You get more! All Digital Media (photos and videos) taken by our cameras along Skyride, Luge tracks, and Hyfly Zipline are included as part of your ticket! The more rides you go for, the more chances you have to capture the thrills, perfect your pose and takeaway a memento 😉
As Easy as 1, 2, 3!
To view your Luge Ride photos and videos, simply visit our photo kiosks in our Retail Shop with your Luge Helmet, select the items you like best, and key in your email ID to have the photo link emailed to you (remember to download them)!
The more rides you go for, the more choices you have 😉
To view your Hyfly Zipline moments, please approach our staff at the Zipline counter who will guide you through the Hyfly Photo Kiosk!
Please note that you’re required to choose your photos and videos on the day of your visit, as we’re unable to retrieve photos from previous days.
Our digital photos and videos are available as part of your ticket and are not exchangeable in any way for a printed photo. Printed photos continue to be available at our Photo kiosks at the standard rate, simply speak to our staff at the retail counter to learn more!
Due to system limitations, your photos and videos may only be accessible for one day. We recommend checking your email and downloading your files on the day of your visit.
