Who Can Ride?
All Hyfly Zipline guests must meet the following criteria :
- Weight for Hyfly Zipline: 30 kg – 140 kg*
- Weight for Freefall Jump: 30 kg – 120kg
- Individuals aged 17 or younger must be accompanied by a guardian aged 18 or older.
- Guests must be in good health, free from heart conditions, back or neck problems, or any medical conditions that may be aggravated by this activity.
- Pregnant women, and guests under the influence of alcohol or medications are not permitted to ride.
*Individuals weighing 30-39kg must ride with another individual, with a combined weight of up to 140kg.

Hyfly Safety Standards & Rider Guidelines
At Skyline Hyfly, your safety is our number one priority. We’ve designed every part of the experience – from construction to operation – to meet or exceed international safety standards. Here’s how we keep your flight both thrilling and secure:
Our Safety Standards
- Built and operated to EN 15567 (construction and operation) and EN 13814 (operation) international standards.
- Manufactured by Adrenaline Constructions, a world-renowned provider of high-grade zipline technology trusted across the globe.
Emergency Protocols
- In the rare event of a stoppage, our trained operators are ready to carry out a safe and efficient rescue.
- Operations are paused immediately if thunder or lightning is detected. We continue to operate in light rain but may close during heavy rain if conditions affect safety.
Our Trained Team
- Every Hyfly team member is certified and fully trained, and can be easily identified by their uniform and harness.
- Staff are always on hand to guide you, check your gear, and respond quickly to any situation.
- Please follow staff instructions at all times for your safety and the safety of others.
Rider Safety Regulations
- Hyfly rides must always be supervised by staff — unsupervised use is strictly prohibited.
- All riders must wear a helmet and closed-toe footwear.
- Long hair and loose items must be secured before take-off. Complimentary lockers are available to store personal belongings.
Legal Notice & Guest Discretion
- While we take every precaution to ensure a safe experience, Hyfly is a high-adrenaline activity involving speed and heights.
- To ensure a safe experience for all, participating guests are expected to adhere to our Code of Conduct.
- Guests are encouraged to participate only if they feel comfortable with the nature of the ride. By taking part, you acknowledge and accept these inherent risks.
- Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur reserves the right to ensure all participants meet the necessary requirements for their safety.
- If at any time you feel uncomfortable or wish to withdraw, you may opt out without any penalties or obligations.
