Code of Conduct

General

  • For the safety and comfort of all visitors at Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur, we kindly everyone to adhere to our Code of Conduct. Failure to comply may result in removal from the activity or premises.
  • To participate in any activity at Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur, including Luge, Skyride, and Hyfly Zipline, you must be in good physical health and a sound mental state (meaning free of heart conditions, back issues, motion sickness, other health conditions or impairments).
  • Pregnant women are not permitted to participate in any activity.
  • Please read through the following Code of Conduct for the activities we offer and approach our staff in case you have any doubts!

Luge Code of Conduct

For the best experience, all Luge riders are required to follow the Code of Conduct, which contain key must-dos, such as :

  • Only ride if you’re feeling well and fit. (Pregnant women and those with heart, back or neck conditions are permitted to participate).
  • Participation is not allowed if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
  • Wear your helmet, secure your shoes and any loose items before you ride!
  • Always keep your hands on the handlebars, and your feet secured safely in the Luge cart.
  • No use of handheld devices on the track.
  • No racing, bumping, blocking, or stopping on the track at any time.

Skyride Code of Conduct

Here are some must-dos for guests enjoying the Skyride, detailed in the Skyride Code of Conduct.

  • The Skyride keeps moving — be ready when boarding.
  • Remove your bag and place it at the side of the chair.
  • Secure loose clothing and belongings.
  • Take a seat when the chair arrives and lower the safety bar.
  • Keep the safety bar down throughout the ride.
  • No hand-held devices, littering, or throwing items.
  • Be respectful — no rough or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Raise the safety bar only when instructed.
  • Hold onto your belongings and step off to the right.
  • Exit the unloading area quickly and don’t stop.

Hyfly Code of Conduct

Be sure to follow these simple must-dos for a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone:

  • Be sure you meet the weight restrictions (Zipline 30kg – 140kg, and Jump 30kg – 120kg). Zipline riders weighing 30–39 kg must be paired with an adult, with a combined weight below 140 kg.
  • No alcohol or drug influence.
  • Always wear your helmet along with appropriate clothing and footwear, with your pockets empty and long hair tied back neatly (if applicable).
  • If you have loose articles, place them in a locker.
  • Do not tamper with safety equipment. if you require assistance, ask a Hyfly Staff Member to assist you!
  • Follow all staff instructions at all times.
