Safety & FAQs

Fast paced freedom. Take the handlebars in this gravity-fueled thrill for the whole family.

Our main aim is to get you having fun, but we do have rules to keep you and everyone else safe.

Our Luge instructors will give you a full briefing on how to Luge before your first ride.

It’s simple to use, just pull back on the handlebars to slow down or stop and release the handlebars slightly to accelerate.

Check out our Code of Conduct page for a comprehensive guide, or simply scroll on through and check out our Safety Videos below!

Frequently Asked Questions:

In the event of thunder and lightning that compromise safety, Skyline Luge Kuala Lumpur may temporarily halt, close early, or delay its opening.

Guests who are unable to complete their rides due to these conditions can revalidate their tickets at the ticketing counter. Revalidated tickets are valid for 90 days from the original date of visit. Please retain your Luge and/or Hyfly ticket for revalidation.

Our Luge, Skyride, and Hyfly Zipline will continue to operate in light drizzle/rain.

Unfortunately, for your safety and wellbeing – Luge, Skyride and Hyfly activities are not allowed for pregnant women.

All our tickets include access to digital photos & videos captured by our cameras, so you can relive the thrills!

However, should you still prefer to capture your moments from your own devices, please note that the use of mobile phones for filming is not permitted on the Hyfly Zipline and Luge Rides.

Only action cameras securely mounted to the wrist, chest, or helmet are allowed. This policy is in place to ensure the safety of both you and other guests, as improperly handled devices can pose potential hazards.

Our purpose-built Luge carts provide the rider with full control over their speed and direction using a unique braking and steering system.

Children below 2 years old or under 85cm in height are not permitted to participate in any activities.

To ride the Luge, you must be at least 110cm tall to ride alone. Riders between 85cm and 110cm may ride tandem with a responsible adult.

For the Skyride (chairlift), guests above 135cm may ride independently. Riders between 85cm and 135cm must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above and at least 150cm tall.
